I’ve helped parents  who have been experiencing sleepless nights, are overwhelmed by conflicting advice from family and online forums, and struggling to balance career/daily life with nighttime wakeups.

I’m Susie Menkes, PhD in baby sleep, and since 2012 I work with families through 1:1 consults, overnights, and online group coaching.
